seeking for a home
If you are wondering why I've not been writing... well.. I was really busy... Bit by bit, I will pen them here (back-dated of course) what I had been doing. But it's just going to take a while longer, as I'm still busy.. What am I busy with this time? Ha!I'm hunting for my home. Significantly, this is something that I'm looking forward to. Finally having a place all to myself! A place that I can do whatever I want and that I can truely call my home. However, searching for a place is tough. Prices have gone up this year and accomodations near the uni are obviously on a higher demand. But, my fingers are still crossed. Don't wanna disappoint my dear friends that might be visiting me in the near future with a crappy house/villa/apartment/unit,
whatever. Ideals are obviously beyond reality. Expectations are definately challenging possiblities. Anyways..I've asked a couple of friends for advice on what to look out for. "Go to a trusty agent. Make sure that you have all the relavant paper documents, present yourself as someone who's reliable, financially sound, keen on renting long term and finally, when you inspect the place, you need to feel good about it. Check that the place is clean and talk to the neighbours."
Whatever it is, I'm going to the agencies tomorrow. Keep your fingers cross for me please, and if you are thinking about visiting me, all the more pray that I get a nice place. wahahha...
