costly dream: abuse of domestic workers
This is an email attachment that I've received from J.
I really thought this video produced by Human Rights Watch and a Magnum photographer - a photo essay about domestic workers abuse in Asia (Particularly Malaysia and Singapore) was really well done. It had delivered a very truthful statement at the end, but it'll take you about 10min to reach there..
This is what Farheen, (a friend who's actively involve) wrote in the email:
I'm involved with the group Migrant Voices, here in Singapore.
On the link below, you will find (on the left) a link to "Related Sites". On this, there is a link to a 'Photo Essay' - these are pics taken by domestic workers in Singapore. We had this exhibition tour many places around Singapore to heighten awareness on their issues.
